Long Point Camp and Conference Center, centrally located in the scenic Finger Lakes Region of New York State, operates year-round. Since 1953, Long Point has been the centerpiece of The Salvation Army’s camping and retreat ministry in the Empire State Division.
From late June to mid-August, we operate separate, week-long summer camp sessions for children and senior citizens, in an environment of fun, friends and faith.
Then, from August to June, we offer a full-fledge conference center for business meetings, conferences and retreats, accommodating small and large groups. It is ideal for groups that want to regroup, refresh, revitalize.
Long Point boasts 150 acres of wooded hills, farmland and shoreline on the western side of Seneca Lake, just off Rte. 14 near Penn Yan, NY.
